Bydgoszcz is divided into two Paid Parking Zones

Parking meters located on the streets support contactless payment cards and coins (with denominations from 10 groszy to 5 zloty). It is also possible to make a payment using a mobile application.

There are over 200 parking meters in Bydgoszcz.

Parking charges in Bydgoszcz

 

In the paid parking zone in Area A:

 

payment is valid from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00

• PLN 1.50 minimum charge for 30 minutes;
• PLN 3.00 for the first hour of parking;
• PLN 3.60 for the second hour of parking;
• PLN 4.30 for the third hour of parking;
• PLN 3.00 for the fourth, fifth and sixth hour;
• PLN 0.50 for the seventh, eighth and ninth hour;
• PLN 3.00 for the tenth and each subsequent hour;

 

In the paid parking zone in Area B:

 

payment is valid from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00

• PLN 1.00 minimum charge for 30 minutes;
• PLN 1.50 for the first hour of parking;
• PLN 1.80 for the second hour of parking;
• PLN 2.10 for the third hour of parking;
• PLN 1.00 for the fourth, fifth and sixth hour;
• PLN 0.50 for the seventh, eighth and ninth hour;
• PLN 1.00 for the tenth and each subsequent hour;

Subscriptions for residents

 

for a resident registered for permanent or temporary residence within the zone, valid in subzone A in the street of registration

• PLN 30.00 per month;
• PLN 90.00 per quarter;
• PLN 180.00 semiannually;
• PLN 360.00 annually;

 

for a resident registered for permanent or temporary residence within the zone, valid in subzone A

• PLN 75.00 per month;

 

for a resident registered for permanent or temporary residence within the zone, valid in subzone B in the street of registration

• PLN 20.00 per month;
• PLN 60.00 per quarter;
• PLN 120.00 semiannually;
• PLN 240.00 annual;

 

for a resident registered for permanent or temporary residence within the zone, valid in subzone B

• PLN 50.00 per month;

 

 

Subscription for hybrid vehicles

• PLN 150.00 per month in zone A;
• PLN 75.00 per month in Zone B;

Fee for reserved parking space (envelope)

• PLN 700.00 per month;

Zero fee rates for

 

• electric vehicles;
• Vehicles transporting or driven by a disabled person with reduced mobility in a designated place, so called envelope – on the basis of a disabled parking card;
• unicycles;
• marked municipal services;

Additional fees

 

• PLN 50.00 for not paying the parking fee;
• PLN 30.00 if payment is made within one business day.
