There are 1250 paid parking spaces, on 54 streets.

Payments can be made on-street at parking meters via payment card, BLIK and in the mobile app. You will need to enter your vehicle registration number.

payment is valid from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00

• PLN 0.00 up to 20 minutes;
• PLN 1.00 minimum charge;
• PLN 2.50 for the first hour of parking;

• PLN 3.60 for the third hour of parking;
• PLN 2.50 for the fourth hour of parking;

Resident’s subscription type BYTOM

entitles Bytom residents to park in the entire parking zone

• PLN 250,00 per calendar month;

issued for a period from 1 to 12 months

 

Entrepreneur’s subscription type P

entitles entrepreneurs to park on two adjacent streets specified in the subscription

• PLN 150.00 per calendar month;

issued for the period from 1 to 12 months

 

Entrepreneur’s subscription type PSPP

entitles entrepreneurs to park in the entire zone

• PLN 250.00 per calendar month;

issued for the period from 1 to 12 months

 

 

Subscription type K

for the temporary use of a designated restricted parking space, the so-called Envelope on the SPP area

Zero fees

A zero rate is introduced for motor vehicle drivers for up to 20 minutes on a given day at a time, upon correct collection of a zero ticket at the parking meter, with the proviso that a zero ticket for a given registration number can be obtained only once a day.
A zero ticket with an invalid registration number does not entitle the driver to free parking.

The customers of the Municipal Office may use free parking at the parking lot below the Municipal Office in Bytom for the first hour of parking. In order to do so, please collect your ZERO TICKET from the parking meters located by the City Hall in Bytom.

 

The following are exempt from paying fees:

• Police vehicles,
• Road Transport Inspection,
• Internal Security Agency,
• Intelligence Agency,
• State Fire Service,
• fire protection units,
• Border Guard,
• ambulance service,
• Prison Service,
• Customs Service,
• vehicles of the road authorities,
• vehicles of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland,
• vehicles used in rescue or in case of natural disaster,
• school buses transporting children to school,
• persons holding a parking card within the meaning of the Act of 20 June 1997 – Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2005, No. 108, item 908, as amended) if a vehicle marked with a parking card is parked in a restricted parking space, marked with a D-18a sign “parking – restricted space” with a T-29 placard; 2),
• city services while performing their official duties, by means of motor vehicles externally marked permanently,
  employees of the Municipal Office in Bytom, while performing their official duties, by means of vehicles marked with an ID badge of an office employee. Municipal Office employee’s badge issued for the department located in the building at 2
• Parkowa Street is not valid for parking lots at Parkowa Street,
• holders of M, MSPP, BYTOM, P, PSPP passes on streets specified in the pass,
• motorcycles,
• electric vehicles,

Additional fees

charged for not paying for parking, not displaying a parking ticket or exceeding the paid parking time

• PLN 20.00 when parking time is exceeded and payment is made within 7 days;
• PLN 25.00 for not paying for parking and payment on the day of summons;
• PLN 50.00 on payment within 7 days;
• PLN 150.00 on payment within 14 calendar days.
