In the Paid Parking Zone

 

Valid from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 17.00

 

• PLN 1.50 minimum charge; for half an hour;
• PLN 3.00 for the first hour of parking;
• PLN 6.60 for the second hour of parking;
• PLN 10.80 for the third hour of parking;
• PLN 3.00 for the fourth and each subsequent hour of parking;

assigned to a vehicle (with an itemized registration number)

• PLN 21.00 one-day;
• PLN 50.00 weekly;
• PLN 150.00 monthly;

 

Subscription for residents

• PLN 60.00 quarterly;

 

Subscription for a disabled person

• PLN 60.00 quarterly;

Fee for reserved parking space (envelope)

• PLN 400.00 per month;

Zero fees for

 

• vehicles registered to persons who are honorary blood donors on the day of blood donation on the basis of a certificate from a blood donation station
• disabled persons on the basis of a valid parking card issued by a competent authority (parking in other locations within the zone requires paying a fee);
• TAXI vehicles at the parking lots marked with D-19 and D-20 (TAXI) signs;
• marked vehicles: Municipal Guard of Częstochowa, Municipal Social Welfare Centre of Częstochowa used and adapted for transportation of disabled persons, emergency vehicles for power supply, water and sewage system, gas and heat supply and participating in charity actions connected with health prophylaxis and blood donation
• electric vehicles;

Additional fees

 

• Additional fee for non-payment of parking fee is PLN 75,00;
• In case of paying the fee on the same day, it is PLN 32,50.
