We’re going to tell you the real story ?

Recently, a group of Spaniards wanted to reserve a parking space in the underground garage of our headquarters in Zurich. ? They installed the app, but didn’t know how to use it – they called us asking if they would get their own garage keys for those few days. We explained that after making a reservation, the entrance gate is opened directly from the smartphone, with a button in the app. How surprised they were then: “Can we do that ourselves?”. ?

Once they got here, they opened the entrance gate to the underground parking by themselves. Then they just asked, how can it be that easy??? ?
