Driving into central Warsaw is easy; parking is not. The paid parking zone covers the whole centre on working days, kerbside spots are scarce at any hour, and the zone keeps growing. Evenings and weekends are free, but free does not mean available: finding a kerbside spot near Z\u0142ote Tarasy or Centralna is a lottery. The additional fee for unpaid parking is PLN 300. Public underground parking on levels -1 and -2 of the V Tower building (formerly Warta Tower), about 250 spaces, open 24\/7. The first 10 minutes are free, so drop-offs cost nothing. Driving in from the street costs from PLN 6 per hour; booking in the Share.P app costs from PLN 7.50 per hour with a guaranteed space; a full day from PLN 65. Entry is by number plate recognition, with no paper ticket, and payment is cashless: pay machine, QR code or the app. EV chargers on level -1, max height 1.85 m, no LPG vehicles.
