This garage is reached by a car lift, and the lift decides whether your car fits. The effective door width is 2.00 metres and the maximum height is 1.90 metres. Measure with the mirrors out and the roof box on, because a car that does not fit cannot get in, and forcing it damages the car and the lift. If your vehicle is anywhere near those numbers, park elsewhere.
For everything that does fit, this is one of the few covered car parks in the middle of Lugano: fourteen spaces at Via Landriani 1, a few minutes on foot from the lake, the station funicular and the old town, open around the clock.
How you get in. Drive up to the lift, follow the instructions on the panel and take the car down. Your space is named in the booking confirmation. If the lift does not respond, call 044 505 44 50 rather than reversing into the street.
