Free parking for electric car drivers and people with disabilities (in designated areas only).

Payments for parking in the paid parking zone are to be made in parking machines. We can pay for parking with coins (from 10 groszy to 5 PLN). It is still possible to pay using mobile applications.

Please note, the new rates and zones will apply from 1 January 2023.

In the Paid Parking Zone – Area A

From 1 January 2023, it is valid Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00.

PLN 4.00 for the first hour of parking;

PLN 4.80 for the second hour of parking;

PLN 5.70 for the third hour of parking;

PLN 4.00 for the fourth and each subsequent hour of parking.

In the Paid Parking Zone – Area A

From 1 January 2023, it is valid Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00.

PLN 2.50 for the first hour of parking;

PLN 3.00 for the second hour of parking;

PLN 3.60 for the third hour of parking;

PLN 2.50 for the fourth and each subsequent hour of parking.

Downtown Paid Parking Zone in Area A

From 1 March 2021, it is valid 7 days a week from 9:00 to 20:00.

PLN 7.00 for the first hour of parking;

PLN 7.30 for the second hour of parking;

PLN 7.70 for the third hour of parking;

PLN 7.00 for the fourth and each subsequent hour of parking.

The additional fee for non-payment of parking fee is PLN 200. The amount is reduced to PLN 100 if paid within 7 days from the date of issue of the notice, The additional fee for exceeding the paid parking time in zone C is PLN 80. The amount is reduced to PLN 40. The amount is reduced to PLN 40 if paid within 7 days from the date of issue of the notice. The additional fee for exceeding the paid parking time in area A and B of ŚSPP amounts to PLN 140. The amount is reduced to PLN 70. in case of payment within 7 days from the date of issue of the notice. Parking meters can be used to pay the “fine” for not paying or exceeding the parking time (by contactless or BLIK), and to extend the parking time (by scanning the QR code, the machine reads the vehicle registration number, so the user does not have to enter it manually).
