SSREI Monthly, the newsletter of the Swiss Sustainable Real Estate Index (SSREI), published a case study by Mateusz Wojdylo, founder and CEO of Stellos AG (formerly ShareP AG), on opening company car parks in Basel to the neighbourhood.

During the day many company parking spaces are in use, in the evening they stand empty. In Basel, companies such as PSP Swiss Property, Lonza and UBS open the underground car parks of their office buildings to residents and commuters in a controlled way, run on the Stellos and ShareP platform together with the City of Basel. The article shows how it works and what it brings to owners and to the city.
