Legnica has 1 040 paid parking spaces and 51 parking meters

There is free public parking for Electric Vehicles.

 

Payments for parking in the paid parking zone should be made in parking machines. You can pay for parking using, among others, contactless payment cards and coins (from 10 groszy to 5 PLN). It is still possible to pay using mobile applications.

 

The parking machine personalizes the parking ticket by entering the registration number of the vehicle to be charged, using the keyboard. The registration number appears on the printout of the purchased parking ticket.

Parking fees in Legnica

 

In the Paid Parking Zone I:

Valid from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00

• minimum charge PLN 1.00;
• PLN 2.00 for the first hour of parking;
• PLN 2.40 for the second hour of parking;
• PLN 2.80 for the third hour of parking;
• PLN 2.00 for the fourth and each subsequent hour of parking.

 

In the Paid Parking Zone II:

Valid from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00

• minimum charge PLN 0.50;
• PLN 1.00 for the first hour of parking;
• PLN 1.20 for the second hour of parking;
• PLN 1.40 for the third hour of parking;
• PLN 1.00 for the fourth and each subsequent hour of parking.

Subscriptions

Resident subscription fee rates for individuals

A resident may receive a resident subscription for only one motor vehicle.

• PLN 15.00 per quarter;
• PLN 50.00 per year;

 

 

There are four standard types of subscription fees in Legnica

 

In the Paid Parking Zone I:

• PLN 90,00 per month;
• PLN 250,00 per quarter;
• PLN 500,00 for half a year;
• PLN 900,00 for a year;

 

In the Paid Parking Zone II:

• PLN 50 per month;
• PLN 140 per quarter;
• PLN 280 for half a year;
• PLN 560 for a year;

 

 

Fees for reserved parking space (envelope)

 

In zone I:

• PLN 700.00 for 24-hour use;
• PLN 500.00 for parking on days of use between 9:00 and 17:00;

 

In zone II:

• PLN 500.00 for 24-hour use;
• PLN 380.00 for parking on days of use between 9:00 and 17:00;

Additional fees

 

Exceeding the parking time

If the parking time is exceeded, the SPP controller issues a Call for Extra Fee.

In such case a surcharge may be made – calculated in full hours.

The surcharge may be paid on the day the summons is issued.

 

 

For parking in the Paid Parking Zone without paying the fee, an additional fee is collected in the amount of

• PLN 20.00 – if payment of the additional fee is effected on the day of issuance of the demand for payment or no later than by 14:00 on the following day, however, the date of payment shall be deemed to be the day the amount due is credited to the bank account;
• PLN 30.00 – if payment of the additional fee is effected within 7 calendar days from the day following issuance of the call for payment, provided that the date of payment shall be deemed to be the day on which the due amount is credited to the bank account;
• PLN 50.00 – if the additional fee is paid after 7 days;
