Paid parking zone in Kielce

At the beginning of 2023, on-street parking prices in Kielce have increased significantly.

The new rates will be updated shortly.

 

When purchasing a ticket, you enter the registration number of the vehicle. This can be done at parking meters using coins, a payment card or the Kielce City Card and in the mobile application. There are also subscriptions exempting you from each payment.

Parking fees in Kielce

 

toll collection Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00

• PLN 2.00 – minimum charge for 1 hour of parking, the charge is not collected if the parking time does not exceed 45 minutes;
• PLN 2.40 for the second hour;
• PLN 2.80 for the third hour;
• PLN 2.00 for the fourth and each additional hour of parking;
• PLN 16.00 daily ticket;

Subscription cards

 

Identification badge ‘I’ – for disabled persons

• PLN 10.00 per year;

 

Identifier ‘M’

• PLN 30.00 per year;

 

 

Standard subscription :

• PLN 120.00 per month;
• PLN 1200.00 per year;

Flat fee for reserved parking space – “envelope”

• PLN 3900.00 per year Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m;
• PLN 9000.00 per year 24 hours 7 days;

Free parking rates for:

 

• holders of a parking card within the meaning of the Act issued to a disabled person if the vehicle bearing the parking card is parked in a parking space reserved for such marked vehicles;
• holders of a parking card within the meaning of the Act, issued to a disabled person if the vehicle bearing the parking card is parked in a parking space designated for such marked vehicles;
• drivers of single-track vehicles;
• drivers of motor vehicles with electric propulsion;
• marked vehicles of municipal services and those connected with the technical protection of the city while performing activities on the road or related to road occupation. The vehicles of the aforementioned services shall flash their signals in accordance with the rules laid down in the Road Traffic Law;

Additional charges

 

• PLN 100.00 in the event of failure to pay for parking in the zone or when parking takes longer than the paid time;
• PLN 80.00 for a 3-day payment;
