Paid parking zone in Koszalin

 

You can purchase a ticket at the parking machines using cash, card or blister, as well as in the mobile app. There are also subscriptions that exempt you from paying each time.

Parking fees in Koszalin

  

toll collection Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00

• PLN 1.20 – minimum charge for 30 minutes of parking;
• PLN 2.40 for the first hour;
• PLN 2.80 for the second hour;
• PLN 3.30 for the third hour;
• PLN 2.40 for the fourth and each subsequent hour of parking;

Subscription cards

 

Subscription for persons holding a “Koszalin Resident Card”:

• PLN 150.00 per month;

 

Regular subscription:

•  PLN 250.00 per month;

 

ECO subscription for hybrid vehicles:

• PLN 50.00 per year;

 

A subscription for a resident entitling them to park one motor vehicle on or near the street corresponding to their residence:

• PLN 130.00 per month;

 

Subscription for a resident between 15:00 and 18:00 entitling them to park one motor vehicle on the street or in the close vicinity corresponding to their residence:

• PLN 75.00 per month;

 

Subscription for a resident between 4pm and 6pm entitling them to park one motor vehicle on the street or in the close vicinity corresponding to their residence:

• PLN 45.00 per month;

Free parking for:

 

• vehicles of the Police, the Road Transport Inspection, the Internal Security Agency, the Foreign Intelligence Agency, the Military Counter-espionage Service, the Military Intelligence Service, the Central Anticorruption Bureau, the Border Guard, the Penitentiary Service, the Customs Service, the emergency services;
• Road administration vehicles;
• vehicles of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland, as well as the armed forces of foreign countries, if an international agreement to which the Republic of Poland is a party so provides;
• vehicles used in rescue operations or in the event of a natural disaster;
• school buses transporting children to school;
• electric vehicles;

Additional charges

 

• PLN 200.00 for not paying for parking in the zone;
• PLN 80.00 for exceeding the parking time;
• PLN 100.00 for a 7-day payment;
