Unguarded parking on public roads in the municipality of Mielno is divided into two subzones
Parking rates in Mielno
Valid from 1 June to 15 September
Zone A
Valid on working days from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to midnight
- PLN 2.10 minimum charge for half an hour of parking;
- PLN 4.20 for the first hour of parking;
- PLN 5.00 for the second hour of parking;
- PLN 6.00 for the third hour of parking;
- PLN 4.20 for the fourth and each subsequent hour of parking;
Zone B
Valid on working days from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to midnight
- PLN 2.00 minimum charge for half an hour of parking;
- PLN 3.50 for the first hour of parking;
- PLN 4.00 for the second hour of parking;
- PLN 4.50 for the third hour of parking;
- PLN 3.50 for the fourth and every subsequent parking hour;
Subscriptions
In the zone A
- PLN 100.00 weekly subscription card;
- PLN 170.00 biweekly subscription card
- PLN 250.00 monthly subscription card;
In the zone B
- PLN 60.00 weekly subscription card;
- PLN 100.00 biweekly subscription card
- PLN 150.00 monthly subscription card;
Zero fees for:
- post office customers – in a designated and marked parking place next to the post office on 1 Maja Street in Mielno for a period no longer than 30 minutes;
- drivers of the disabled or people transporting the disabled, holding a parking card, referred to in the Act of June 20, 1997. The drivers of disabled persons or persons transporting disabled persons, possessing a parking card referred to in the Traffic Law Act of June 20, 1997, parking spaces marked only with a vertical D-18 “parking lot” sign with a T-29 plate and a horizontal P-24 sign “A place for a disabled person”;
- municipal and technical services, i.e. gas, electricity, heat, water and sewage, telecommunication emergency services – for the time of removing the results of the disaster;
- employees of: medical entities, sanitary and epidemiological stations, Nursing Homes commuting by private cars to the SPP area – for the duration of the action in connection with the epidemic caused by the SAR-CoV-2 virus;
- electric cars;
Additional fee
- PLN 200.00 for not paying the parking fee or exceeding the paid parking time;
- PLN 100.00 in case of payment up to 2 working days.
Areas of functioning of the zone in Mielno
Zone A includes the following streets:
1) ul. Leśna in Sarbinowo – along the length of existing parking bays on both sides of the road
2) ul. 1 Maja in Mielno – on the section from ul. Nadbrzeżna to the premises No. 2 (both sides of the road)
3) ul. Nadbrzeżna in Mielno – along the length of existing parking bay on the southern side of the road
4) Parkowa Street in Mielno – along the length of existing parking lot on the northern side of the road from W. Polskiego Street to Kościuszki Street
5) ul. Wojska Polskiego in Mielno – on the section from the crossing with ul. B. Chrobrego to the crossing with ul. Grazyny (on the eastern side of the road)
6) ul. Grazyny in Mielno – along the length of the existing parking lot from ul. Piastów to ul. W. Polskiego
7) ul. Sanatoryjna in Mielno – on the section from the crossroad with ul. Cicha to the crossroad with ul. Piastów (on the northern side of the road)
8) Mickiewicza Street in Mielno – along the length of existing parking bays on the section from Olimpijska Street to Mickiewicza No. 3 (on the eastern side of the road)
9) Słoneczna Street in Mielno – on the section from B. Chrobrego Street to the beach entrance (on the eastern side of the road) and the existing parking lot at the entrance to the beach, on the western side of the road
10) Wydmowa Street in Mienie – along the length of existing parking lot, from Reja Street to Wydmowa No. 2 (on the northern side of the road)
11) Morska Street in Mielno – along the length of existing parking lot on the eastern side of the road in plot no. 3/85 (on the eastern side of the road)
12) ul. 6 Marca in Mielno – along the length of existing parking bays at the crossing with Bałtycka street and at the level of O.W. Krokus
13) Leśna Street in Łazy – along the length of existing parking bays on the southern side of the road and along the section from Wąska Street to the level of plot no. 82/1 on the northern side of the road.
Zone B includes the following streets:
1) South Street in Sarbinowo – at the length of existing parking bays from South No. 2 to South No. 66 (on the northern side of the road)
