Payments for parking in the paid parking zone should be made in parking machines. You can pay for parking using, among others, contactless Pay Pass and Pay Wave payment cards, the BLIK system and coins (from 10 groszy to 5 zloty). It is also possible to pay using mobile applications.
Parking meters personalise parking tickets by entering the registration number of the vehicle to be charged via the keypad. The registration number appears on the printout of the purchased parking ticket.
Parking rates in Wrocław
In the Downtown Paid Parking Zone in Area A:
from 1 March 2021, it is valid 7 days a week from 9:00 to 20:00
- PLN 7.00 for the first hour of parking;
- PLN 7.30 for the second hour of parking;
- PLN 7.70 for the third hour of parking;
- PLN 7.00 for the fourth and each subsequent hour of parking.
In the Downtown Paid Parking Zone in Area B:
from 1 March 2021, it is valid 7 days a week from 9:00 to 20:00
- PLN 5.00 for the first hour of parking;
- PLN 5.20 for the second hour of parking;
- PLN 5.50 for the third hour of parking;
- PLN 5.00 for the fourth and each subsequent hour of parking.
In the Paid Parking Zone in Area C:
Valid from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18:00
- PLN 3.00 for the first hour of parking;
- PLN 3.10 for the second hour of parking;
- PLN 3.30 for the third hour of parking;
- PLN 3.00 for the fourth and each subsequent hour of parking.
When paying the toll with a mobile device, the driver should place an identifier of the specific operator behind the windscreen inside the vehicle (to be downloaded from the Roads and City Maintenance Administration and the customer service office).
There are 212 parking meters in the paid parking zone, 102 parking meters are located in the downtown paid parking zone. The machines are set up on streets where paid parking spaces are designated.
Each on-street parking meter is powered by a solar battery.

Subscriptions
The sale of subscriptions and passes for residents of Wrocław, disabled persons and owners of low-emission vehicles will be extended to include hydrogen-powered vehicles and single-track vehicles – which will also be subject to a zero parking rate.
Subscription type M
for the resident
Issued to a natural person registered for permanent or temporary residence within a paid parking zone or an inner-city paid parking zone, who owns a vehicle under ownership/co-ownership/leasing agreement/assignment of ownership as collateral, in the case of a credit agreement for the purchase of a vehicle or any other civil law transaction to which a natural person is a party.
Type M subscription is issued for no more than 3 vehicles owned by an individual.
It is valid only in one of the 14 sub-zones where the resident is registered. If the registered address is on the border of sub-zones, the resident decides for which sub-zone the subscription will be purchased.
For vehicle I
- for 1 month – 10 zł,
- for half a year – 50 zł,
- for a year – 100 zł.
For vehicle II
- for 1 month – 20 zł,
- for half a year – 100 zł,
- for a year – 200 PLN.
For vehicle III
- for 1 month – 100 zł,
- for half a year – 500 zł,
- for a year – 1000 zł.
Subscription type B
public, applicable in area B
- for 1 month – 400 zł,
- for half a year – 2000 zł,
- for a year – 4000 zł.
Subscription type C
public, valid in area C in the Paid Parking Zone
- for 1 month – 200 zł;
- for half a year – 1000 zł;
- for a year – 2000 zł;
Subscription prices for low-emission vehicles in the inner city paid parking zone will be differentiated
for a motor vehicle:
- combustion-electric propulsion with CO2 emissions not exceeding 100 g/km, if the motor vehicle has an EC certificate of conformity or a certificate of approval confirming that the vehicle is propelled with combustion-electric propulsion and CO2 emissions not exceeding 100 g/km,
- fuelled by compressed natural gas (CNG) or liquefied natural gas (LNG), if the vehicle registration certificate confirms that the vehicle is fuelled by compressed natural gas (CNG) or liquefied natural gas (LNG).
Subscription NEA
- for 1 month – 30 zł;
- for half a year – 150 zł;
- for a year – 300 zł;
The NEA subscription also confirms the entitlement to free parking in the paid parking zone (C) and in area B of the inner city paid parking zone;
Subscription NEB
- for 1 month – 10 zł
- for half a year – 50 zł
There is free on-street parking in Wroclaw for Electric Vehicles.
Subscriptions for municipal services
issued “to bearer”, intended for municipal services, road services, energy services, water and sewage services, gas and heating services – confirming the right to park marked motor vehicles of these services on all spaces subject to charges in the paid parking zone.

- for 1 month – 200 zł;
- for half a year – 1000 zł;
- for a year – 2000 zł;
Subscription SMC
valid in paid parking zone C
- for 1 month – 100 zł;
- for half a year – 500 zł;

Subscription type N
for a disabled person working in the zone
Subscription issued to persons with a certificate of light disability due to neurological disorders (code 10-N) or musculoskeletal disorders (code 05-R), who are employed or who conduct business activity in the paid parking zone or downtown paid parking zone, and who own a vehicle on the basis of ownership/co-ownership/leasing agreement/ contract of transfer of ownership on security, in the case of a credit agreement for the purchase of a vehicle or any other civil law transaction to which a natural person is a party.
The subscription is valid in the area of one of the 14 sub-zones in which there is employment or business.

Digital tickets, card payments and subscriptions available on the Share.P app. At the parking ticket counters with a paper ticket, payment is only possible in cash!
Fee for a reserved parking space (envelope)
in Zone C will increase from PLN 460 to PLN 700. In the city centre paid parking zone it will vary depending on the area:
- in area A for one month PLN 1600
(currently PLN 850), - in area B for one month PLN 1200
(currently PLN 850).

are valid in the paid parking zone C
Identifier 0
issued to persons with a significant or moderate degree of disability due to neurological (code 10-N) or motor organ disorders (code 05-R).
Identifier H
badge issued for internal combustion-electric vehicles with CO2 emissions of less than 100g/km, CNG or LNG.
Badges for parking are issued free of charge.
Additional charges
- The additional fee for non-payment of parking fee is PLN 200. The amount is reduced to PLN 100 if paid within 7 days from the date of issue of the notice,
- The additional fee for exceeding the paid parking time in zone C is PLN 80. The amount is reduced to PLN 40. The amount is reduced to PLN 40 if paid within 7 days from the date of issue of the notice.
- The additional fee for exceeding the paid parking time in area A and B of ŚSPP amounts to PLN 140. The amount is reduced to PLN 70. in case of payment within 7 days from the date of issue of the notice.
- Parking meters can be used to pay the “fine” for not paying or exceeding the parking time (by contactless or BLIK), and to extend the parking time (by scanning the QR code, the machine reads the vehicle registration number, so the user does not have to enter it manually).
