Kraków has over 11,000 paid parking lots

Payment for parking in the paid parking zones should be made in the parking machines. You can pay for parking using, among others, contactless Pay Pass and Pay Wave payment cards, coins (PLN 1, 2 and 5). It is also possible to pay using mobile applications.

Some parking meters personalize your parking ticket by entering the license plate number of the vehicle you want to pay for using the keyboard. The registration number appears on the printout of the purchased parking ticket.

Parking fees in Krakow

 

Subzone A

paid parking is valid 6 days a week (Mon-Sat) from 10:00 to 20:00

• PLN 6.00 for each hour of parking;
• PLN 2.00 minimum fee;

 

Subzone B

paid parking is valid 6 days a week (Mon-Sat) from 10:00 to 20:00

• PLN 5.00 for each hour of parking;
• PLN 2.00 minimum fee;

 

Subzone C

paid parking is valid 6 days a week (Mon-Sat) from 10:00 to 20:00

• PLN 4.00 for each hour of parking;
• PLN 2.00 minimum fee;

The fee for each subsequent subscription for the same entity increases progressively by 20% over the fee for the previous subscription.

• PLN 1500,00 – 1 month for subzone A;
• PLN 1400,00 – 1 month for subzone B;
• PLN 1300,00 – 1 month for subzone C;

The fee for each additional position for the same entity increases progressively by 20% over the fee for the previous position.

Additional fees

• A parking of a vehicle after the lapse of 5 minutes from leaving it at the parking place without paying the relevant fee or after the lapse of 5 minutes from the time specified on the printout from the parking meter or the time paid for using other electronic forms of payment is tantamount to a failure to pay the fee;
• Parking with an invalid payment receipt or parking of a vehicle paid for by a parking meter, mobile payment or other form of payment, the registration number of which has not been provided or has been correctly provided although the provision of the registration number was required is tantamount to non-payment of the fee;
• Using a subscription outside the sector or subzone for which the fee was paid or, in the case of a parking meter ticket and mobile payment, outside the subzone for which the fee was purchased, is tantamount to failing to pay for vehicle parking;
• The additional fee amounts to PLN 150,00;
