Poznań has 6 198 paid parking spaces and 295 parking meters

 

Free parking for drivers of single-track vehicles (including bicycles) and electric cars.

 

Payment for parking in the paid parking zone should be made in parking machines. You can pay for parking using, among others, contactless payment cards, the BLIK system and coins (from 10 groszy to 5 PLN). It is still possible to pay using mobile applications.

The parking machine personalizes the parking ticket by entering the registration number of the vehicle for which payment is to be made using the keyboard. The registration number appears on the printout of the purchased parking ticket.

In the Paid Parking Zone

Valid from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 20:00

Standard rate. Minimum billable time is 15 minutes.

• PLN 5.00 for the first hour of parking;
• PLN 6.00 for the second hour of parking;
• PLN 7.00 for the third hour of parking;
• PLN 5.00 for the fourth and each subsequent hour of parking.

Discounted rate for drivers registered to pay taxes in Poznań through the “OK Poznań” programme. Registering to pay your taxes in Poznań roughly halves downtown parking rates.

• PLN 4.00 for the first hour of parking;
• PLN 4.70 for the second hour of parking;
• PLN 5.50 for the third hour of parking;
• PLN 4.00 for the fourth and each subsequent hour of parking.

 

In the Downtown Paid Parking Zone Jeżyce:

Valid Monday-Saturday 8.00 – 20.00

Standard rate:

• PLN 7.50 for the first hour of parking;
• PLN 9.00 for the second hour of parking;
• PLN 10.00 for the third hour of parking;
• PLN 7.50 for the fourth and each subsequent hour of parking.

• PLN 5.50 for the first hour of parking;

• PLN 13.00 for the third hour of parking;
• PLN 9.50 for the fourth and each subsequent hour of parking.

• PLN 7.50 for the first hour of parking;

Parking badges

Sale of badges for residents, disabled persons and veterans of June ’56

 

A resident’s badge card is issued to persons registered for permanent or temporary residence for a minimum of 3 months within the zone. 3 months in the zone area. Paying taxes to the City of Poznań.

Resident’s e-identifier

It is possible to apply electronically for an electronic ID. With it, you no longer need any additional printouts or flyers. It is recorded on the vehicle registration number.

 

Valid at the earliest 14 days after submission of the application (up to 90 days at the latest) – data verification by ZDM required.

Additional fees

 

In case of failure to pay for parking (including exceeding the paid time limit) the zone controllers issue a summons-report, which is placed behind the windscreen wiper of the vehicle.

• PLN 200,00 in case of payment within 30 calendar days from the date of issue of the summons;
• PLN 350,00 if paid after 30 calendar days from the date of issue of the summons;

 

Buffer parking lots

are an integral element of the Paid Parking Zone. Their task, just like SPP, is to limit the number of cars entering and parking on streets in the city center. Available 24 hours a day

• PLN 3,00 per hour;
• from PLN 150,00 to 250,00 for a monthly subscription.
