(Press Release)

01.06.2023

Hundreds of thousands of refugees have flocked to Lviv, a city in Western Ukraine, since the outbreak of war, leading to an estimated threefold increase in its population. Share.P, an award-winning tech startup specializing in IoT solutions for mobility, is collaborating with Lviv to optimize the utilization of existing parking spaces and charging stations for electric vehicles. The project under the patronage of the UN and Polish Aid aims to eliminate the need for cruising in search of parking, enhance the safety of parkers, particularly women, and unlock the full potential of the existing parking and EV charging infrastructure.

Following the successful Smart Mobility Forum held in Lviv in April 2023, key locations within the city were identified in partnership with local authorities to tackle the most challenging parking issues. The hospital area and a major parking facility in the city center have been selected as pilot sites for the technology, which optimizes parking and allows drivers to pre-book their parking spaces. As a result, the system provided by Share.P will serve over a thousand medical employees on a daily basis.

We are immensely grateful for this opportunity. Hospitals are crucial components of critical infrastructure, and any measures that enhance their daily functionality during these challenging times can significantly impact the lives of ordinary people. ogether, we will be able to address everyday problems in Lviv, with active participation from our Ukrainian friends – emphasizes Mateusz Wojdylo, CEO of Share.P, who sees big potential in the Country heroically defending against russian aggression. The company led by Mr. Wojdylo is actively seeking local collaborators to support its expanding operations in Ukraine.
